I only look for two percent to practice,
                             but even that two percent is a large percentage     POW Lesson 1

The question we concerned students have to ask is WHY will so few persist with the practice?
And this I believe can be answered simply:

Because the results are so dismal using the suggested practices.

So here we must dare to question all authorities on the matter, and speak only to what has worked for us.
